North Cork Creameries has a long history of producing Rennet Casein at its manufacturing facility in Kanturk, Co. Cork.
Rennet Casein is produced from fresh skimmed milk coagulated through enzymes, washed, pasteurised and dried. We produce a 30 mesh, 60 mesh and 90mesh Casein @ 12% moisture packaged in 25kg bags.

- Analog Cheese/Processed Cheese fat and water binding, texture, matrix formation, emulsification oil and water, nutritional as a source of protein.
